What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in operations, sales, or customer experience, 2+ years of people management experience, sales and conversion mindset, Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Nice to Have

experience preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or high-volume service environments, track record of building and scaling teams, Experience with scheduling, intake, or call center operations is highly preferred, Data-driven, with the ability to analyze funnels and optimize performance

What You'll Do.

Lead and scale client scheduling and intake function

Oversee a growing team (currently 6+)

Optimize booking workflows

Drive client acquisition and revenue growth

and scale a team of Booking Specialists

Establish performance metrics

and accountability frameworks

Create a high-performance culture focused on conversion

and client experience

and train new team members

Own the end-to-end booking funnel—from inbound inquiry to scheduled session

Optimize scheduling workflows to improve speed-to-book and conversion rates

Ensure clients are matched with the appropriate clinician based on needs

Monitor and improve no-show rates

and overall booking efficiency

Operate with a sales-oriented mindset—driving urgency

Collaborate with Clinical Partnership teams to maximize ROI on inbound leads

Analyze funnel metrics and continuously test improvements to increase booked sessions

Identify opportunities to expand access and reduce friction in the client journey

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Clinical, Recruiting, and Product teams to align supply and demand; Provide feedback loops on clinician availability, client demand trends, and scheduling gaps; Help shape systems, tooling, and automation to support scale; Collaborate with Clinical Partnership teams
