Must Have
8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing, Proven ability to drive pipeline and customer acquisition in B2B SaaS, media, advertising technology, marketplace, or subscription-driven environments, Deep hands-on experience across: Paid Search, Paid Social, ABM, Nurture, SEO / SEM, Conversion optimization, Performance marketing understanding of marketing attribution, funnel performance, and conversion tracking, Experience managing agencies and marketing vendors, Demonstrated fluency with modern AI marketing tools and AI-enabled workflows beyond basic copilot usage, Ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered marketing solutions, experimentation mindset and comfort operating through testing and iteration, Product-minded growth leader who views growth through the lens of customer experience, adoption, and retention, partnering cross-functionally to drive outcomes beyond traditional marketing channels, communication and executive presence, Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution, Comfort operating independently and owning outcomes
