Leadership skills, Demonstrated ability to develop and execute grassroots campaigns, large public policy events, and community engagement strategies, A deep understanding of the local, state, and national electoral and public policy landscape, the legislative process, and grassroots communities, Comfort working with data systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking, Experience working with CRM’s and/or voter management systems like i360, Comfort and confidence working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment independent of direct supervision or direction, Ability to travel at least 25% of the time, Valid driver’s license
