The Director of Global Technical Accounting reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and frequently liaises with global divisions. This role demands a profound grasp of international accounting standards, top-tier financial reporting capabilities, expertise in global financial statement consolidation, and advanced technical accounting skills with up to day US GAAP knowledge and SEC reporting. Traveling internationally on a as needed basis, the ideal candidate will embrace the vibrancy and diversity of global financial landscapes. **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic leadership on all technical accounting matters on a global scale. * Work in partnership with the Sr. Director, Global Revenue Recognition on all revenue related matters. * Provide training and ongoing US GAAP support to the global Controller’s organization on all technical accounting matters. * Lead and oversee global financial statement consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across various regions and entities. * Oversee the quarterly and annual financial reporting and ensure financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. * Work cohesively with the Controller’s organization to ensure alignment
