Become a key leader in transforming education at the world's leading cloud platform. As the Director of Future Builder Programs for AWS Training & Certifications, you will shape the strategy and delivery of our global educational program offerings by partnering with customers, educational institutions, and specialty and technical teams to expand AWS education and training services. Future Builder Programs priority is to cultivate and reach tomorrow’s builder: spanning from from higher education to adult learning, balancing both commercial and social impact initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for future builder program offerings globally, including T&C educational programs and AWS Cloud Institute. You will collaborate cross- functionally to assess market needs, design new training and certification programs, and ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement. This includes leading a global diverse team, interacting with key stakeholders, and shaping and implement the strategy of large, global businesses in need of transformation.
