What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified accountant — ACA or ACCA strongly preferred, Significant FP&A experience, Experience working across multiple regulated entities or subsidiaries, Insurance or financial services background, Comfortable operating at both Group and entity level, Proven ability to build budgets and forecasts at entity, product, and Group consolidated level, Experience designing and delivering Board KPI frameworks, Hands-on experience with Planful, Track record of producing and presenting Board and SLT-level financial decks

Own Group budget and forecast cycles
Serve as FP&A business partner to leadership
Design and maintain KPI packs
Lead financial performance reviews
Build financial models for planning
Partner with leads to translate activity
Own Group and entity Board reporting
Own Planful adoption and development
Drive best practice in platform
Design and stand up Procurement function
Embed procurement rigour
Drive commercial value
Take on treasury operations
Support CFO in managing balance sheet
Develop treasury governance framework
Act as thought partner to CFO
Operate with autonomy and confidence

Serve as the primary finance business partner to each entity’s leadership; Partner with business unit GMs and functional leads; Work with Finance and the wider business; Act as a genuine thought partner to the CFO and co-CEOs; Bring people with you

Process & Methodology
Design the framework, governance, and tooling, Build Marshmallow’s Procurement function from the ground up, Design and stand up Marshmallow’s Procurement function, Defining policy, governance, supplier management frameworks, and tooling
