Must Have
8+ years in technical leadership, experience in embedded engineering, professional services, customer-facing technical roles, Deep understanding of AI/ML, data science, cybersecurity domains, Experience building teams that work in a customer-embedded or problem-first engineering model, ability to define engagement models, scoping frameworks, delivery methodologies, Proven track record partnering with Sales on strategic account identification and expansion, Executive-level communication, customer relationship management skills, Experience managing cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, and data science
Nice to Have
CISSP, CISM, GIAC certifications, Google Cloud Professional, Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500, AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Lead and scale Forward Deployed AI Engineering team
Embed in strategic customer accounts
Build high-grade solutions
Produce cross-customer intelligence
Define engagement model for FDE work
Oversee AI & Data Science function
detection optimization into tools
Partner with Sales to identify strategic accounts
Partner with SE&A and Rapid Deployment teams
Serve as executive-level presence with strategic customers
Evaluate new AI technologies
Report to VP of Forward Deployed Engineering
