Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, operations analytics, or a related field, 2+ years of people leadership, Experience building forecasting models, staffing plans, and schedules using historical trends, productivity assumptions, and projected demand, Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify drivers, and turn analysis into operational recommendations, Experience with capacity planning, utilization analysis, coverage modeling, and schedule optimization, Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google, Project management skills, Communication and stakeholder-management skills, Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Related advanced degree preferred but not required, Experience with BI/reporting tools and planning systems strongly preferred, Experience in healthcare, telehealth, contact center, client operations, or other service-delivery environments with variable demand strongly preferred, Demonstrated ability to balance business performance with client experience and clinician experience
