Establish metrics aligned with shared goals

Inform internal stakeholders on program status

Inform internal stakeholders on program priorities

Support thoughtful decision-making

Manage food and beverage governance committee

Keep governance group up-to-date on program performance

Tee up decision-making for governance group

Work toward consensus on program direction

Review business strategy changes

Review capital investment proposals

Review financial data

Review fan experience data

Surface risks and opportunities

Work with analytics partners to optimize data impact

Facilitate relationships between partner and Ballpark Operations

Align food and beverage program with venue goals

Facilitate relationships with other Giants departments

Ensure broader organizational goals are met

Conduct event walks to observe service
