Must Have

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, 7+ years of experience in financial operations, billing operations, accounting operations, banking operations, or related fields, 3+ years of leadership experience managing operational or financial teams, understanding of payment operations, understanding of banking workflows, understanding of reconciliations, understanding of financial controls, understanding of operational reporting, understanding of process improvement methodologies, Proven experience leading operational transformation, workflow optimization, or automation initiatives, analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, Excellent communication abilities, Excellent organizational abilities, Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to manage multiple projects, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience within healthcare, health insurance, benefits administration, payroll, or fintech environments, Knowledge of ACA and health insurance operational workflows, Experience managing carrier payment relationships and escalations, Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Familiarity with Salesforce, Familiarity with Power BI, Familiarity with Help Scout, Familiarity with Google Workspace, Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Familiarity with Excel, Banking or treasury management experience preferred

Ensure successful execution of carrier premium payments

Ensure successful execution of ACH processing

Ensure successful execution of invoice generation

Ensure successful execution of payment reconciliations

Ensure successful execution of banking workflows

Ensure successful execution of payment exception handling

Develop operational controls and escalation frameworks

Monitor operational metrics and trends

Oversee banking relationships
