The Director of Finance at Merkle Science will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves managing the finance team, driving financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the technology and blockchain industry. Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure. Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory requirements. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting updates. Monitor and analyse budget performance and implement corrective actions as necessary. Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives. Compliance and Strategic Planning: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
