What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, 3+ years in leadership, Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations, knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards, Proficiency with tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Nice to Have
MBA or CPA strongly preferred, Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail (preferred)

Own the full finance function
Build scalable systems
Lead financial strategy
audit-ready financials
Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Develop automated systems and workflows
Implement initiatives that increase profitability and improve EBITDA
Create and document SOPs for close
and reporting processes
Implement new systems for expense management
Produce insightful financial dashboards and KPIs
Partner cross-functionally with Product
and Operations to align growth
