What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 15 years managing energetic explosives manufacturing facilities, Experience managing production schedule, RBA process for existing products, Experience managing large complex defense programs, Experience managing program budgets, schedules, and risk, Knowledge of defense industry regulations, Experience in Cost Account Management, Experience in Manufacturing with Production processes, Experience leading cross-functional teams, HMX and/or RDX Production Operations Experience, Authorization to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, PMP or equivalent certification, Experience scaling up New Molecule Energetics, Earned Value Management System experience, Experience supporting capture, proposal development, Executive-level communication and presentation experience
What You'll Do.
and delivery of complex programs
Serve as primary point of contact for program
Develop and maintain detailed program plans
Coordinate with R&D team for new product development
Develop detailed metrics and shop floor goals
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
Oversee program financial performance
and mitigate program risks
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Prepare and deliver program status reports
Support proposal development
Support long-range program growth strategies
