What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive EH&S management experience, at least 5 years in a corporate or multi-site leadership role, Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CPE, or equivalent), Deep expertise in U. S. OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards, Proven ability to select and implement enterprise-level EH&S data management systems, understanding of workers' compensation management, risk financing, and loss control strategies, Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of a high-growth organization, This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility, Drug and alcohol program participation is required
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Experience in both manufacturing and construction environments is highly desirable, Experience leading EH&S for a vertically integrated technology or energy company, Direct experience with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management system implementation, Advanced knowledge of environmental sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks
What You'll Do.

and Finance to integrate EH&S requirements into core business processes

Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Senior Director of Safety; Work with HR and Legal to manage workers' compensation claims; Collaborate with Operations, Construction, HR, and Finance to integrate EH&S requirements into core business processes; Provide technical expertise and strategic direction to a team of corporate safety engineers; Support manufacturing and construction business units
