Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive EH&S management experience, at least 5 years in a corporate or multi-site leadership role, Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CPE, or equivalent), Deep expertise in U. S. OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards, Proven ability to select and implement enterprise-level EH&S data management systems, understanding of workers' compensation management, risk financing, and loss control strategies, Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of a high-growth organization, This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility, Drug and alcohol program participation is required

Nice to Have
