What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of software engineering experience, 4+ years leading managers and multi-team engineering organizations, Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, Demonstrated experience shipping new products from concept to launch, Experience building AI/ML-enabled products, Technical instincts across product architecture, infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience, Deep partnership orientation with Product, Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, Communication and stakeholder management skills
