What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–11 years of software engineering experience with exposure to SaaS platform development, expertise in Python for backend systems, AI integrations, and data pipelines, Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, and AI-driven retrieval systems, Experience working with vector databases, embedding workflows, and modern LLM APIs, understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, along with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices, Experience designing scalable REST or GraphQL APIs, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in complex, evolving environments, Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to operate with ownership, initiative, and a long-term platform mindset
Nice to Have
Familiarity with React or modern frontend technologies is a plus, Exposure to healthcare, regulatory, or other highly regulated environments is highly valuable
