Coordinate roadmap priorities
Coordinate engineering capacity planning

Team & Collaboration
Partner with CTO on strategy; Own people leadership across engineering squads; Build structures to scale; Work closely with CTO on org design; Work closely with CTO on hiring strategy; Work closely with CTO on headcount planning; Coordinate roadmap priorities with CPO; Coordinate engineering capacity planning with CPO; Partner with People Ops on compensation; Partner with People Ops on hiring processes; Cross-functional collaboration
