The Position: GameChanger is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead a group of cross-functional teams responsible for building and scaling new products and platform capabilities that support the future of GameChanger. You will lead Engineering Managers and teams across mobile, web, and backend disciplines while partnering closely with Product, Design, Data, and Business leaders to bring new ideas from concept to market. You will report to our VP of Engineering. This role sits within a team focused on exploring and developing new opportunities for the business. You will lead teams operating in highly ambiguous environments, balancing rapid experimentation, technical excellence, and long-term scalability as new products and experiences evolve. What You’ll Do: - Lead and develop Engineering Managers and their teams across mobile, web, and backend disciplines, fostering a high-performance and high-trust culture. - Define and drive technical strategy for a portfolio of new products and experiences, balancing rapid iteration with long-term scalability, reliability, and quality. - Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Business leaders to evaluate opportu
