5 to 7 years data science/software engineering experience in AI/ML, 12+ years leading/managing teams, Expert Python skills, Hands-on experience with agentic libraries, Strong knowledge of LLMs, Understanding of embeddings, vector similarity search, RAG, Proficiency with vector databases, Proficiency with graph databases, Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL systems, Experience building ETL pipelines, Skilled in containerization, Skilled in orchestration, Skilled in serverless, Skilled in CI/CD, Skilled in infrastructure-as-code, Knowledge of secure coding practices, Knowledge of IAM/RBAC, Knowledge of data encryption, Knowledge of AI governance, Master's degree or PhD or equivalent experience, Proven leadership experience in data analytics/AI, Experience leading technical engagements
Nice to Have
JavaScript/TypeScript familiarity is a plus, Familiarity with cloud ML platforms
