What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years’ operational experience and knowledge in distribution or manufacturing, Expertise in operational processes, with a focus on quality and attention to detail, Project/Program Management experience with business acumen and the ability to work in a matrix organization, Must be able to work in a highly regulated environment, with interaction with DEA, FDA, and OSHA, 4-year degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or equivalent experience required
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree in Operations and Distribution Management (Supply Chain) a plus, Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred, Experience with process automation tools (e. g. , Power BI, Snowflake, SQL and Smartsheets) is a plus
