## Accountabilities Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with company growth objectives, revenue targets, and go-to-market priorities, ensuring measurable pipeline impact in paragraph format. Lead full-funnel marketing programs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration to drive consistent revenue outcomes. Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns including digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and ABM initiatives. Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align lead management, pipeline goals, and performance metrics. Optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and routing systems to improve lead quality and sales conversion efficiency. Oversee marketing technology, automation platforms, attribution models, and analytics to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights. Manage demand generation budget allocation, vendor relationships, and ROI optimization across channels. Lead continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve performance and scalability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, with 10+ years of B2B marketing experience and 5+ years in a senior demand generation leadership role in paragraph format.
