What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, 3+ years owning a pipeline number at a SaaS, media, or healthcare company, Track record running integrated campaigns targeting enterprise buyers with 6+ month sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, Hands-on expertise across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn especially), lifecycle and email marketing, and website conversion optimization, Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, AI fluency required, Comfortable in spreadsheets and BI tools, Experience partnering with Sales leadership and influencing executive stakeholders on pipeline strategy and resource allocation
Nice to Have
Fluency in pharma marketing, HCP audiences, and the agency ecosystem

Define demand generation strategy and plan
Build account-level targeting and segmentation
Own pipeline coverage
Report on new business opportunities
Build campaign operating system
Define experimentation roadmap
Translate positioning into campaign briefs
Lead conference and event marketing strategy
Drive awareness and demand for product launches
