Today’s expansive security and compliance requirements can only be met with a modern, CCM based approach, and RegScale is the leader in that space.    Position:    RegScale is hiring a Director of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to scale a growing engine that fuels our pipeline. This is a leadership role with full accountability for the programs, channels, and digital infrastructure that source qualified opportunities and convert them through the funnel. The Director will own the strategy, execution, and measurable performance of demand generation and digital marketing globally, with a clear mandate: deliver a highly qualified pipeline and SQLs from DG and digital programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You will own the channel mix, manage agencies and vendors, and stay close enough to the data to know exactly which lever to pull and when. If you have built and run a high-performing demand engine in a B2B cybersecurity or SaaS environment, know how to translate buyer intent into pipeline, and lead with both rigor and creativity, this role is for you.
