What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline, Deep technical foundation as a previous individual ability to engage technically with the team's stack in Python and SQL, Cloud-scale personalization expertise, Demonstrated expertise in managing and deploying large-scale AI solutions within cloud environments (GCP/AWS), Handling high-volume behavioral data and real-time event streams
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, Specific ML framework experience, Cloud platform certs

Architect state-of-the-art recommendation models
Drive AI strategy for high-efficiency growth marketing
Develop cutting-edge methodologies (MMM
LTV-based acquisition models)
Bridge the gap between product discovery and performance marketing
Leverage deep learning and causal inference at org level
Optimize global marketing spend
Ensure personalized and high-converting first user experience
Guide and evaluate architectures in designing architectures for discovery
Build models for Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
automated bidding for performance channels
Establish frameworks to measure true incrementality of marketing spend and recommendation features
Develop high-throughput data and feature pipelines
Ensure efficient training and deployment of models
Maintain knowledge at the forefront of AI/ML trends
Drive the team to adopt cutting-edge methodologies
