Must Have
Proven performance creative background with direct experience producing paid ad creatives (Meta, Google Display, YouTube), landing pages, and conversion-focused content, Experience at DTC, eCommerce, or subscription brands, Demonstrated ability to produce multiple creative variations weekly and iterate rapidly based on performance data, command of conversion psychology, including hooks, scroll-stopping content, click-through optimization, and offer positioning, Ability to prioritize speed and output without sacrificing quality standards, messaging instincts with the ability to translate a business objective into creative that converts
Nice to Have
Familiarity with healthcare marketing, including compliance constraints and sensitivity around health conditions, Experience coordinating creative across multiple media channels under a unified campaign narrative, Background working within or alongside a paid growth function
What You'll Do.
Own all paid ad creative production across Meta
Own landing page design and UX execution end to end
Own messaging execution
and CTAs across all performance channels
Produce high-volume creative testing iterations (multiple variations per week) and rapidly iterate based on performance data
Maintain brand consistency across tone
Coordinate creative messaging across media channels to ensure all content connects to the broader business narrative for each campaign or push
Build and manage a scalable creative asset pipeline

Collaborate closely with the VP of Growth, who owns strategy, targeting, offers, and testing priorities
