Must Have
Significant leadership experience in IT infrastructure across compute, storage, data centre, or similarly complex environments, A track record of leading both strategy and execution at Director level or in a comparable senior leadership role, Experience partnering effectively with engineering organisations and cross-functional stakeholders on infrastructure priorities, Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills across global, regional, and local teams, Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English
Nice to Have
Experience in managing or operating Electronic Design Automation (EDA) or other High-Performance Computing environments (HPC), Experience leading organisational change and technical transformation in the areas of compute and storage, Exposure to manufacturing or other mission-critical infrastructure environments, Experience of delivering or managing hybrid Cloud solutions, Experience in managing operations for large scale Linux and Windows environments, A good understanding of large-scale NAS storage environments
