The Director of Community Relations is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all marketing and community engagement activities to maintain and grow occupancy at the community. This role will serve as the face of Spring Oak to the public and work closely with families, residents, and staff to foster strong relationships. The Director of Community Relations at Spring Oak is responsible for continually increasing census by implementing and following through on marketing strategies. Plans, organizes and executes the marketing plan meeting the established goals of the facility and staying within budget guidelines for our assisted living community. Is responsible for tasks related to renting apartments and all services involving the move-in and move-out of residents. Ensures a smooth transition to the new environment and is the first line of contact for residents and families inquiring about the facility and its services. ## Responsibilities Plans, organizes, coordinates and directs all marketing activities and special events held at the facility Maintain occupancy and conducts tours of the facility Conduct prompt follow-up of leads Monitors marketing plan and budget to include advertising, brochures and publications, activities, open houses and exposing outside organizations to our community Effectively communicates their role in marketing the facility to staff and assists them through education, support and evaluation of services Provides residents, prospective residents and families with information regarding the facility and the services provided, acts as liaison between resident families and Administrator.
