What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse, Significant senior clinical leadership experience, Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed clinical teams, Experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management, Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, budgets and service delivery outcomes, Proven ability to lead change and operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Ideally within aged care or community health, Communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Ability to influence at executive level
