What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years experience managing and leading an account management or similar team in the social and/or creator marketing industry or an agency or media company

Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Drive revenue through long-term partnerships and key account growth

Manage and direct strategies and tactics for the team to execute and line up key performance indicators and financial objectives including revenue

Manage all aspects of the account management revenue generation/expansion process including continued sales

communication and negotiation

Utilize marketing and sales collateral

research reports and sales to support our clients and help them achieve their objectives

projections and forecasts through multiple techniques including

competitive and industry analysis

client growth plans and revenue reports

Provide day to day support and strategic solutions for client needs through entire campaign lifecycle from pre

Understand and become an expert on Pearpop’s execution process and effectively launch campaigns

Responsible for establishing new relationships with incoming business development clients and growing long-term relationships and revenue across this portfolio

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with and/or manage relevant team members including Account Managers, Creator Partner Managers, and Revenue Operations; Collaborate with internal teams across multiple departments to create and deliver creative solutions for clients
