What You'll Achieve.
Become a key member of the corporate operations team and serve as the main resource/PoC for a portfolio of contracts; Develop a corporate knowledge base of policies and procedures and stay up-to-date on any changes impacting the project teams; Manage contract administration over multiple contracts/task orders in coordination with project control and finance team members, ensuring completeness and accuracy in a timely manner; Manage contracts, including but not limited to, overseeing transition in activities, contract modifications, vendor subcontracts, purchase orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee travel authorizations, employee expense reimbursements, and travel/other direct cost (ODC) budgets; Manage employee and partner engagement on multiple contracts; Support team member training, recruiting and hiring, onboarding/offboarding, status changes, reviews, and professional development; Promote SNG to our team members and collect feedback on employee engagement initiatives; Develop contracting officer representative (COR), customer and other relevant stakeholder relationships on multiple contracts; Coordinate the collaboration of multiple contract leaders in a common customer or capability area along with partner leadership; Contract execution excellence; Customer, partner and contracting relationship management; Team leader development

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field, At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supervisory and leadership skills, relationship building skills, Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals, Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

MBA preferred, PMP certification preferred
