What You'll Do.
Direct business development and marketing activities
Develop and implement growth programs
Develop and implement strategic sales plan
Contribute to marketing plan and budget
Develop and implement plans for vacancy coverage
Work with internal stakeholders on development activities
Accompany staff in customer calls
Maximize referral closing opportunities
Track and analyze market trends
Maintain sales and marketing guidelines
Foster internal relationships
Identify and build centers of influence
Create reporting mechanisms for sales strategy
Promote relationship building through public speaking
Represent organization in professional organizations
Foster positive relationships with referral sources
Identify and implement marketing events
Oversee business development teams
Provide training and technical assistance
Manage training process for teams
Direct and coach team members
Define and promote performance expectations
Create training programs
Teach repeatable sales process
Direct teams to use CRM
Lead accountability of teams
