What You'll Do.

Direct Business Development and Marketing activities

Develop and implement growth programs

Develop and implement strategic sales plan

Contribute to marketing plan and budget

Develop and implement plans for vacancy coverage

Work with internal stakeholders on business development

Accompany staff in customer calls

Maximize opportunities in closing referrals

Track and analyze market trends

Maintain sales and marketing guidelines

Foster internal relationships

Identify and build centers of influence

Create and implement sales strategy reporting

Promote relationship building through public speaking

Represent organization in professional organizations

Foster positive relationships with media

Identify and facilitate marketing events

Oversee Business Development teams

Provide support and training to teams

Manage training process for teams

Direct and coach Business Development team members

Define and establish performance expectations

Create training programs

Teach repeatable sales process

Direct and oversee teams using CRM

Lead accountability of Business Development Teams

Analyze accounts and markets

Create positive culture of growth

Support operations for Business Development

Contribute to development of annual sales plan

Convey services and programs offered

Identify areas for cross-functional partnership

Provide support and training on customer service

Participate in branch strategic planning

Ensure referral to admission process is followed
