## Accountabilities This role is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of academic assessment and accreditation strategies across programs while ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Provide strategic leadership for academic assessment initiatives, ensuring effective measurement of student learning outcomes and program effectiveness Serve as the primary liaison between academic units, faculty, and university governance and accreditation bodies Oversee the development, implementation, and quality assurance of assessment tools, rubrics, surveys, and reporting systems Lead program review processes, accreditation reporting, and self-study preparation in collaboration with academic leadership Guide curriculum alignment efforts to ensure measurable learning outcomes and compliance with accreditation standards Manage assessment data collection, analysis, and reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives Support faculty development by delivering training and resources related to assessment practices and best practices Requirements The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in higher education assessment and accreditation, with strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills.
