What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years in strategy, operations, or technology leadership in healthcare, digital health, or value-based care, track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, communication and facilitation skills, Analytical rigor, Experience driving organizational change in environments where influence matters more than authority, Hands-on experience evaluating and working with AI vendors and tools, Care and thoughtfulness when it comes to patient data, clinical trust, and responsible use of technology, Experience at an early-stage startup or building a new function within a larger organization, operated in a resource-constrained, flexible environment, can stay agile when the path isn't clear
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HIPAA and the regulatory environment for AI in clinical settings

Execute and maintain Chamber’s enterprise AI roadmap
Partner with Product and Engineering on prioritization
and drive adoption of AI solutions
Develop the analytical framework Chamber uses to evaluate AI’s impact
Define the metrics that matter
Build the case for continued investment
Collaborate with Product and Data to bring AI tools to life
Help the organization understand and embrace AI thoughtfully
Define how Chamber deploys AI responsibly
Build the governance framework
Ensure tools are reviewed
and held to a standard
Work closely with InfoSec
Ensure patient privacy is protected
Conduct thoughtful risk assessments
Support Chamber’s broader strategic agenda
Represent Chamber’s point of view externally on AI
