accelerate how the organization identifies, adopts, and gets real value from AI; connecting AI adoption to overall business value; moving from idea to pilot to something real that teams using them will adopt; ensure tools are reviewed, monitored, and held to a standard; ensure patient privacy is protected at every step; deliver at least 10 new AI solutions to business leaders; establish a regular demo cadence; Deliver Chamber’s AI value framework; Give every team a shared language for what “good” looks like; clear view into what solutions are moving the needle on clinical and financial outcomes

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years in strategy, operations, or technology leadership in healthcare, digital health, or value-based care, track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, communication and facilitation skills, Analytical rigor, Experience driving organizational change in environments where influence matters more than authority, Hands-on experience evaluating and working with AI vendors and tools, Care and thoughtfulness when it comes to patient data, clinical trust, and responsible use of technology, Experience at an early-stage startup or building a new function within a larger organization, operated in a resource-constrained, flexible environment, stay agile when the path isn't clear

Nice to Have

Familiarity with HIPAA and the regulatory environment for AI in clinical settings

What You'll Do.

Execute and maintain Chamber’s enterprise AI roadmap

Develop the analytical framework Chamber uses to evaluate AI’s impact

Collaborate with Product and Data to bring AI tools to life

Help the organization understand and embrace AI thoughtfully

Define how Chamber deploys AI responsibly

Work closely with InfoSec

Conduct thoughtful risk assessments before new capabilities go live

Support Chamber’s broader strategic agenda

Represent Chamber’s point of view externally on AI

Help shape how Chamber communicates its strategy

Team & Collaboration

partner with Product and Engineering on prioritization; Collaborate with Product and Data; Work closely with InfoSec, Clinical, and Compliance; Support Chamber’s broader strategic agenda alongside the Chief of Staff and executive team; connect with each of them

Communication Scope

articulate a value proposition to a cardiologist, an engineer, and a payer; connect with each of them; explain a complex idea clearly; build alignment across different teams; make the case for a new direction
