Industry & Context.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in account management or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals, Minimum of 3 years of direct personnel management experience, overseeing an Account Management or Sales team
What You'll Do.
Developing and overseeing exceptional customer engagement and customer satisfaction strategies
Providing direct personnel management
Delivering strategic oversight of the team’s sales execution
Fostering long-term customer relationships and expansion business
Serving as the co-lead on approximately 5 strategic accounts per Account Manager
Training and developing the Account Managers
Managing personnel performance against set metrics
Making recommendations for team reduction and new hiring efforts
Driving the Account Management team to attain revenue targets
Identifying and implementing strategies for driving early renewals and maximizing expansion business
Ensuring meticulous data integrity and documentation within the Salesforce CRM
Leading weekly meetings to ensure pipeline accuracy and forecast hygiene
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Sales Executives, and other departments within the pre- and post-sales ecosystem.
Communication Scope
Written communication skills; Verbal communication skills; Comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders
