MS or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or equivalent, At least 5 years experience in Semiconductor technology & technology marketing, Understanding of semiconductor industry, Understanding of ALD/CVD, precursors applications, Ability to manage complex technical issues, Ability to determine what is best for AL, Deep understanding of Intellectual Property management, Ability to perform multiple tasks, Ability to appreciate and forecast long term impact, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Multi-level and multi-cultural interaction skills, Ability to travel globally up to 30%

What You'll Do.
Develop and leverage OEM engagements globally
Manage multi-level relationship with OEMs
Direct and prioritize engagements and evaluations
Capture OEM information
Bring OEM information to stakeholders
Oversee global technology engagement with OEMs
Manage team in charge of US OEMs
Indirectly manage Global OEMs
Manage and follow up technical review meetings
Manage and control information flow
Ensure TRM feedbacks are funneled to stakeholders
Apply preliminary screening on demands
Contribute to technology roadmap establishment
Assist in deployment and commercialization strategy
Co-lead negotiation of agreements
Assist and manage consistency of engagements outside US
Interact with Corporate R&D to track projects
Represent ALAM and/or Air Liquide in events
Build network with key technical decision makers
Develop internal strategic networking matrix
Track performance through KPI
Propose improvement plans
Participate to task-forces related to excursions
Gather and share competitive intelligence
Influence technical marketing decisions
Develop multi-year strategy per OEM

Our ALOHA™ and Voltaix® products are critical to the manufacturer of the newest computer chips required for Big Data and the Internet of Things. ## **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** The position: The overall end goal of the position is to develop and leverage Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engagements globally as means of introducing new molecules, whether AL pushed or OEM-pulled. Towards this goal, the Director, OEM Program Director is responsible for managing a multi-level relationship with the key OEMs, from program leads (TRMs, project updates, etc) to executives (engagement strategy, IP policy, contractual commitments, etc.), and directing/selecting/prioritizing the numerous engagements and evaluations.
