Must Have
Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed sales organizations, Proven track record of driving net-new revenue growth in complex sales environments, Experience leading both transactional and enterprise sales motions, Analytical and operational capabilities with a data-driven management style, Experience building repeatable processes and scaling teams, Excellent executive communication and leadership skills, Ability to travel nationally as needed
Nice to Have
K-12 education technology experience strongly preferred, Experience selling into public sector or government environments, Experience working with channel ecosystems and indirect sales models, Familiarity with complex district buying cycles and education funding structures, Experience leading organizational transformation or high-growth initiatives
