**ROLE TITLE:** Director, Network Engagement & Partnerships **POSITION REPORTS TO:** Senior Managing Director, Network Engagement & Strategic Partnerships **APPLICATION DEADLINE:** Applications are due on Monday, July 6, 2026, by 11:59 PM ET **LOCATION:** Massachusetts (Boston) **WHAT YOU’LL DO** Teach For America Massachusetts (TFA MA) is seeking a Director, Network Engagement & Partnerships to serve as a strategic driver of alumni engagement and activation across our 2,700-person network. Reporting directly to the Senior Managing Director, Network Engagement & Strategic Partnerships, this role leads the design and execution of a cohesive vision for how we engage, connect, and mobilize alumni toward meaningful impact for students and communities across Massachusetts. The Director, Network Engagement & Partnerships, will operate as a highly trusted partner to the Senior Managing Director (SMD), Network Engagement & Strategic Partnerships, owning the day-to-day strategy, systems, and execution required to bring our alumni engagement vision to life. This role is designed for a strategic operator and relationship-builder who is equally comfortable thinking big-picture about network activation and diving into the details to ensure strong execution. The ideal candidate brings a deep belief in the power of networks, a strong orientation toward systems and data, and a track record of building relationships that translate into meaningful action. They are energized by connecting people to opportunities, designing experiences that foster belonging and purpose, and building the infrastructure that allows a network to thrive at scale. This is not an event planning role. While the Director, Network Engagement will design and execute high-impact alumni experiences, the primary focus of the role is building a cohesive, data-informed strategy and operating system that drives sustained alumni engagement, career mobility, and regional impact.
