We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** MMC-Memorial Medical Center **Position Overview:** Provides development support and execution for the joint-strategic direction and operations of the medical staff. Provides oversight of informational and process support that ensures effective development and maintenance of policies, MD scheduling and staffing, compensation and benefits analysis, recruitment and planning coordination, MD onboarding, medical director support, continuing medical education needs and programs and other physician practice matters. Responsible for the efficient functioning of department operations which contribute to the mission and goals of the facility. Accountable for successfully ensuring compliance and maintenance of the requirements established by the Medical Staff Bylaws and other federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies and the evaluation of contracted service/coverage agreements. Develops and fosters a solid partnership with medical directors, leaders, work teams and other employees to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives, to resolve operational challenges and to improve processes and provider satisfaction. Works with senior leadership to help define, implement, and support short and long-term strategic plans that complement system, operating unit or entity goals and initiatives, including business, operations, and/or organizational priorities.
