Role Purpose The Director of UK Marketing will be responsible for Neko Health's market presence and growth in the United Kingdom. This is fundamentally a role about orchestration and influence: you will not own media buying, social production, or brand creative directly — those capabilities sit in global Centres of Excellence (COEs). Instead, you will be the UK's primary voice into those teams, ensuring that global investment and globally produced content is briefed, shaped, and activated in ways that genuinely resonate with UK audiences and drive measurable results for our clinics. You will work in close partnership with the UK Operations Leader, translating global marketing output into locally relevant programmes, and feeding the realities of the UK market - its audiences, competitive landscape, and clinic performance - back into global strategy. The best work will happen when the global machine is pulling in the right direction for the UK, and you are the person who makes that happen.
