With the recent acquisition by Strava accelerating our journey, now is a really magical time to join. 🚀 THE TEAM YOU'LL JOIN The Growth Marketing team owns how runners discover Runna, sign up, and stick with us for the long haul. We sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, and we drive user growth across paid, owned, and organic channels. You'll lead a team of 15 across three functions: - Performance Marketing - Lifecycle Marketing - Organic Growth (SEO, website, ASO, CRO, and referrals) Each function has a dedicated manager, so your focus is strategy, cross-functional leadership, and building team capability rather than channel execution. You'll partner closely with the Director of Growth Product Management, Partnerships, Ambassadors, and Brand Marketing. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll be a key member of the Runna Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Strava CMO with strong accountability to Runna's Founders and Managing Director. You'll directly manage and mentor the function managers and shape how growth marketing connects to company-level goals.
