What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related advanced degree preferred, 10+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or analytics, Proven track record of developing and executing successful VoC programs, analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders

Nice to Have

advanced degree preferred, healthcare diagnostics experience strongly preferred, Experience with advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning is a plus, prior experience in Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video is a plus

What You'll Do.

Lead and manage market research initiatives

Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects

grow and optimize a Voice of the Customer plan/program

Build and maintain advanced analytics capabilities

Create and present detailed reports and dashboards

Track and measure the impact of customer insights on business performance and strategic initiatives

Lead and mentor a team of insights and analytics professionals

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to integrate customer insights into product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies; Work closely with the data science team to leverage AI and machine learning techniques; Foster a culture of customer-centricity across the organization

Communication Scope

writing skills where you can craft a story around data insights and clearly communicate key points in a succinct manner; great verbal communication skills; highly skilled at presenting to groups and sharing your point of view; communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders; communicate these insights in a clear, structured, and timely manner
