Advanced degree, Experience supporting launches, Experience with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Experience with 340B, Synthesize quantitative analysis and qualitative insight, Experience making tradeoff decisions, Executive communication skills, Presentation skills, Experience managing agencies, Experience managing third-party vendors, Experience managing strategic projects

What You'll Do.

Serve as market access strategy lead

Act as Market Access representative on IBCT

Embed access considerations in commercial decisions

Develop and own market access strategy

Lead development of access perspective

Translate market signals into recommendations

Evolve value proposition

Evolve evidence needs

Evolve strategic priorities

Partner to evaluate choiceful tradeoffs

Lead cross-functional alignment around access strategy

Coordinate market access matrix

Provide access guidance to leadership

Support launch readiness

Support lifecycle optimization

Build relationships across organization

Serve as trusted strategic advisor
