10-12+ years of experience in loyalty, pricing, promotions, strategy, consulting, or related fields, Proven experience designing or optimizing loyalty programs, rewards systems, or customer value propositions, financial acumen with experience building business cases, economic models, and ROI frameworks, Deep understanding of customer behavior, incentives, and engagement drivers, Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization, Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries, Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM systems, and personalization strategies, Background in analytics, economics, or behavioral science

The pay range is $135,000.00 - $243,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Within the Target Loyalty team, the **Director of Loyalty Design & Economics** will lead the architecture and economic foundation of Target’s loyalty program.
