Must Have
10-12+ years of experience in loyalty, pricing, promotions, strategy, consulting, or related fields, Proven experience designing or optimizing loyalty programs, rewards systems, or customer value propositions, financial acumen with experience building business cases, economic models, and ROI frameworks, Deep understanding of customer behavior, incentives, and engagement drivers, Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization, Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries, Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM systems, and personalization strategies, Background in analytics, economics, or behavioral science
