Must Have
Juris Doctor Degree, Member in good standing of the state bar, 10 years of comparable experience

Five years of successful experience managing internal staff, Five years of successful experience managing outside counsel, Two years of experience in a healthcare setting, Prior experience directing the work of law professionals, Over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Laborployment law, Experience with ERISA related matters, Experience with executive compensation/executive contracts, Experience with federal agency audits/investigations
