About the Role We’re hiring a Director, Employment (US) to provide expert legal guidance on US labour and employment, employee equity, and workplace compliance matters across Nscale’s US operations. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Legal (Employment) based in the UK and sit at the center of critical cross-functional work across Legal, the People team, and US business leaders. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, helping the business navigate employment issues with practical, business-aligned counsel while building scalable frameworks that support a growing US footprint. This is a highly visible opportunity to shape how employment law strategy is applied in a fast-moving organization. Your work will help Nscale stay compliant, make informed strategic decisions, and build the legal and HR foundations needed to support continued growth.
