MBA or equivalent business training, 10-12 years legal or compliance operations experience, 10-12 years business operations experience, 10-12 years analytics experience, 10-12 years strategic execution experience, Experience in complex, regulated organization, Experience in operations, analytics, and executive reporting, Experience operating in complex, regulated environments, Experience operating in highly matrixed environments, Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence
